Reflections for May 26, 2010
Training was once again extremely informative! First, I have to say that Moodle has been the best tool that has been introduced from a personal standpoint, so far, for both the manager and the intern. The collaboration that can be experienced allows interaction between students and teachers. Second, I was very unfamiliar with the idea of vodcasting and I can see now all of the potential uses for it in education and am excited to share these resources with my interns.
Some challenges in this training have been exploring technology outside of my comfort zone. I am not one to necessarily venture without a certain amount of direction but that has changed during this week. I discovered it is not some dark abyss and that anything can be accomplished with some practice.

Reflections for Tuesday, May 25
The resources that I will take from training today is a myriad of tools and knowledge that I will be able to pass down to my interns. The most important aspect of today was the integration of all the areas and learning how they can be all interconnected. I was viewing Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, and podcasting were all separate entities. The utilization of Blogger was the most essential resource that I was learned to operate today.
Thank you all so much for this for I am starting to feel as if I can keep up the intern!

Teacher Visits
Teacher visits are an extension of the classroom observations. Here, the intern can develop a trustful relationship and understand the teachers level of understanding in the use of technology. Goals and objectives for the school year can be explored and projects can be put into motion.
